However, we want to assure you that your comfort and experience remain our top priority. Please note that this construction will not affect any of our amenities or services. The work will take place between 7:30 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. Some noise may occur at certain times within this period, but it will not be constant and will depend on the construction schedule. Unfortunately, this project is beyond our control. However, we will do everything possible to ensure you have a wonderful stay at our hotel. Valet Parking: $35.00 per day (only applicable if you bring a vehicle). 2\. Daily Resort Fee: ° For reservations with check-in dates through April 30, 2025: $28.25 per day. ° For reservations with check-in dates from May 1, 2025, onward: $39.55 per day (reflecting an increase of $35 + 13% tax). ° This fee includes local calls, access to the pool and beach, towels, umbrellas, chairs, and all resort amenities. 3\. Administrative Fee: $10.00 per day. 4\. Parcel & Shipping: Our Concierge team can readily assist you with packages and shipping during your stay. Every registered guest can order products and mail them. Meanwhile, they are accepting reservations taking place within the next ten days, and they will save for 14 days after the guest's departure. The concierge department is responsible for processing all the shipments. The hotel reserves the right to reject any package based on safety and security. A fee of $5.00 per box is applicable for up to ten bags; additional packages are subject to a $15.00 additional charge per package. \* Marenas Beach Resort is not responsible for any lost or damaged packages. 5\. Security Deposit: At check-in, the hotel will require a credit card with sufficient funds to hold a consumable deposit, which varies depending on the type of apartment booked and the length of stay. 6\. Deposit Usage: During your stay, the hotel will deduct hotel fees and any additional charges from this deposit. If charges do not exceed the retained amount, the remaining balance will be refunded to your credit card at the end of your stay. 7\. The beach was beautiful and the water was clear and calm. This area beat Miami! One hour from the Everglades. A walk away from Publix and you only need yourself to go to the pool and beach. The view is great, the beach is fantastic and everything you need is within walking distance. The condo was as advertised and worked perfectly for 2 people. It could use a bit of updating, but was clean and comfortable. Communication was smooth and entrance was easy. The resort staff were friendly and helpful. Would stay here again. ##### Trish S. The lobby and hallways are beautiful, everything is spotless clean. The construction next door was no issue, we hardly heard anything even when we were at the beach and pool. We enjoyed the ocean view and being able to just sit on the balcony and peace made me happy. The condo was well kept and offered several amenities. Beautiful views from the balcony and easy walking distance to shopping and Restaurants. The host was very accommodating and responsive. The property is on the water. Everybody in the resort is super friendly and helpful. The property has everything needed for six days. The only recommendation I would make is about the bed and the sheets. The mattress needs cover protection, and the sheets should be fitted. But besides that, everything was great. The mattress on the pull out sofa was dirty with blood stains. The linens for the pull out were dirty and had to be washed. The bathroom could have been cleaned better. The pool was a bit small, but it was clean and a good temperature. Property sits right on the beach and provides beach loungers and towels. The resort fees were a bit high and not disclosed in the original listing. Also, there is a $30 per day mandatory valet fee for parking car, which was a bit frustrating, plus tipping the valet each time, so that part was kind of pricey. We were greeted by friendly people though and given two glasses of champagne at check in. The resort smelled nice and was very clean. The room was as described and clean. The view was amazing and the bed was comfortable. We had an issue with the bathtub not draining properly but the host was very attentive. The host was also easy to reach and responded immediately. We used the kitchen quite a bit and it had all of the utensils needed to prepare a meal, although I would suggest maybe adding a glass measuring cup. The washer and dryer worked great also. Overall I would recommend this property. The only con to our stay were the fees. Mainly the valet fees, because you tip them on top of already paying $30 per day. So that definitely added up. Check- in was easy and all resort staff friendly and helpful. It was great to get beach chairs that you can move to the sun areas as they change due to high rise buildings blocking it around 1:00 pm each day. Wonderful to have pool side bar and restaurant service as well. Impressed with city that cleans and smooths the beach every morning! Best restaurant to walk to is Cut 38- amazing prime rib. Best restaurant to drive to is GG’s in Hollywood on the water and outstanding food! Our unit was basically as pictured- keep in mind the pics are from this unit and another on the other side of the high rise. This unit was facing the current construction of a new high rise, so you will see construction and if on balcony will hear some noise 7:00am-6:00pm. They were only drilling ground support spots while we were there so the construction noise was not that bad. The bed was extremely comfortable as was the sofa. Kitchen was fully stocked for cooking- even a blender for tropical smoothies! The host was very helpful and easy to contact. The only suggestions we have are that the walls in the main living area and bathroom really need to be freshly painted, carpet near balcony doors has wear spots, and the bathtub caulking strip needs replacing. We really enjoyed our view of both the beautiful ocean during the day and the stunning city view at night. All in all a good value for the price. We would stay here again! ##### Mary G.
