Modern one bedroom, one half bath condo in a recently completed, luxury high rise building. Stay right in the heart of Brickell, Miami’s newest and trendiest neighborhood. Step right out of the lobby doors and feel the pulse of Miami with shopping, dining and nightlife. Only one block away from Brickell City Centre and 3 blocks from Biscayne Bay. This truly is the most vibrant and central neighborhood in Miami. Public transit is available all within steps of the building.   
  
This is a full service, fully staffed building. Top notch amenities including a rooftop pool with panoramic views, a lower level pool, multiple club rooms, a home theater, a business center, a children’s play room, a gym and a spa equipped with a jacuzzi, sauna steam room, and shower.   
  
This unit is on the 38th floor offering soaring views of Miami. One bedroom with king size bed, walk in closet and fully private bathroom. There is a den with a workspace and a lounge chair which pulls out into a twin size bed. Kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, garbage disposal and is fully stocked with kitchenware, dishware, and utensils. Living room includes a large smart TV. In unit washer and dryer with drying rack. Step out onto the furnished balcony for a breathtaking view of downtown Miami.   
  
Free valet parking is available on site. Building requires fingerprint access which the management office will register you for. Tenant application required with a fee of $99\. Renters are also required to obtain a renters insurance policy.
