Come and escape to beautiful beaches of S. Florida. Perfectly located on the border of Hallandale right on the beach. This beach apartment come fully ready to make it perfect vacation. The apartment has two comfortable queen size beds and one sofa bed (queen) ready to comfortably accommodate 5 guests and child. Full private access to the beach. Modern gym, climatized pool and Valet parking. Five minutes drive to Hollywood's Broadwalk and Gulfstream Park. The space The unit its located in the Tide complex 3901 building on the 8th floor and provides a large living and dining room. The apartment has a large bedroom with two queen beds and walk-in closet, large living room with comfortable sofa-bed. The kitchen is fully equipped including dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator and kitchen. From the balcony, you can see the Atlantic Ocean and the beach. High-speed internet and cable TV with a 60-inch-flat -screen smartTV in the living room and another flat TV in the bedroom. If you use your Netflix account, please remember to remove it when you leave. The unit is NON-smoking, NO pets allowed under any circumstances. Also provided: bath/beach towels, iron & board, extra covers & pillows, hair dryer, beach chairs and umbrella... Great view of the ocean! Pool is heated! Only thing future guests should be aware of is the parking at the building is $70 for one week or it is $40 to park your car over night, $20 to park your car during the day. Which I think personally is ridiculous esp if you already paid for your stay but other than that everything was perfect! Marcelino was great! Communicated very well. Plenty of towels and everything we needed. Even came with beach chairs and plenty of towels. Super convenient to the beach and also had a Very nice pool. The balcony view was perfect! The room was very well decorated! I can’t say enough great things. I would definitely stay again. There’s also a little smoothie place/restaurant across the street called juicy. It was the best açai bowl I had ever had in my life! We didn’t have a rental car, but we found that everything was in walking distance. Walmart was only about a mile walk. It was very clean when we arrived and the kitchen included everything we needed. There were four of us staying and there was ample room for each of us. The location was great with the proximity to the beach a plus and many restaurants only a short drive away. The check-in process was a little shaky, as our group got in past the time that the condominium office was open and was unable to get a key fob until the next morning. A bit more information about this ahead of time would have been nice. However, we were able to obtain access to the condo that night anyways and the front desk staff were kind to help us. The host got back to us very quickly about the mix up and was helpful. Check-out procedures were a breeze. Would absolutely stay again. ##### saleena w. Cleanest floors I have ever had in a vacation rental. Nice lay out. Enjoyed having a leather couch, felt more clean. Bathroom is small. Thought the plunger and toilet bowl brush being stored in this small bathroom was gross but typical. Wash clothes for showering, additional garbage bags, and tissues/kleenex were not provided which was a miss for us but minimal overall to our experience. Balcony for this unit is perfect view of ocean, buildings, and people watching below with great protection from very busy/loud city street on entrance of the property. Happy beach chairs and umbrella were provided in closet. We wanted to enjoy the beach and have a really comfortable/more luxurious apartment to retreat to and make our own meals and this provides exactly that. We did not venture far because we enjoyed ourselves on site and wanted to avoid busy/low end city streets. No free standing restaurants within walking distance. All are hotel type restaurants that are pricey. ##### Danielle L.
