The apartment is conveniently located on the cross of Washington Ave and Dade Boulevard. It is surrounded by the new convention center (right cross the street), beaches, five-star hotels, parks, restaurants, world-class shopping, and entertainments.

The apartment is remodeled only a few years ago. It is redesigned and furnished in Nov 2018. Clean and cozy, quality furniture. Accommodates up to 2 adults and 1 kid.

Located in front of the convention center, it will only take you 5 minutes to walk to the beach and all the nicest places of the area.

The place is a bright and spacious studio located in a remodeled Art Deco building.

The studio is perfect for 2 people. But we can also provide an air mattress to accommodate 1 more person.

We may provide a parking pass for 20$ a day upon availability. Parking near the apartment (zone 4) is free on weekdays from 9am to 6pm. From 6pm to 9am or weekends, a parking pass is required which can be provided at $20 per day. As we have limited number of parking passes, please contact us in advance to confirm the availability.

Enjoy the fashion shops and restaurants on Washington Ave, Lincoln Road, Collins Ave and Ocean Dr, and go to the beach! Everything is only a few steps away. Nothing can be more convenient. The apartment is in the new SoBe area, only 2 blocks away from the beach.

You will find everything you need by walk, bike, or a short taxi ride.

If you have a car, we can provide a parking pass for $20 per day upon availability. IMPORTANT: If you need residential parking for more than 3 days - you must renew parking every 3 days per Miami Beach's rule. Regardless of the number of days you were charged for parking, it is solely your responsibility to request each parking renewal. Parking is only confirmed when a confirmation screenshot is sent to you.

If you don't have a car, the best way to travel around in Miami Beach is to use a driver service like UBER and LYFT. They are clean, affordable and safe. You can go anywhere within South Beach for a few dollars.

The city's brand new "Deco Bike" rental program has just installed a station across the street. This is a fun and cost-effective way of transportation around the beach!

In order to be sure to get your booking, we encourage you to use the instant booking feature. Our prices are updated constantly depending on the season and length of stay.
1. There are families living in the building. We hope you understand that noise is a concern for them, especially after 11 pm.
2. Please keep in mind that if there is any noise/smoke reported, your booking will be canceled without a refund. This also applies if there are more people coming than expected.
3. If you reserved a parking pass, please send us the plate license number on the day of your arrival.
4. We can provide early check-in before 3 pm or late check-out after 11 am upon availability. An extra fee of $20 per hour will be applied for the extra time of stay.
5. No wet swimming suit, tanning lotion, or makeup on the sofa or bed. Do not wipe makeup with the towels we provide. We will bill for permanently stained towels and sheets.
6. We love and welcome animals. However, you must disclose that you are bringing a pet in advance and pay a $100 additional fee.
7. For any issue or complaint, we will try to resolve them within 24 hours. We do not issue refunds.
