Hotel was in a great location. Friendly staff. Beds were comfortable and clean. Rooms were a tad bit small and there was no hot water. Other than that it was a good hotel to stay at.

Since we are a historic Art Deco hotel, despite the upkeep and renovations, the plumbing is original and sometimes it may take a moment for the hot water to adjust. Leaving the tap open for a minute or two will typically solve the problem. Our apologies for any inconvenience. We welcome you to stay with us again for a future stay.

The only thing I suggest is the radios be updated to be able to connect your devices to it. But besides that my stay was wonderful

Firstly, I was disabled during this stay and they were the absolute worst at accommodating me. In addition they tried to charge me for 3 days and a late fee when I was only there for 1 day, would never recommend this location, which is disappointing because typically I adore a boutique hotel, this one just doesn’t seem to care about the patrons at all.

Hello Christina. When you mentioned that you had a fracture in your back, our Front Desk agent assisted you with your luggage to your room. On the day of check out, you asked for additional time in the room, to which our General Manager approved, up to 1 PM. You were reminded, at that the time, that the extension has ended. You again said you needed a few more minutes, which turned into several hours. You were advised that you would be charged for the extended stay, so you then expressed your disapproval. Our check-in and check-out times are in place to allow our team to properly prepare the rooms for our incoming guests. As a courtesy, we allowed you to extend your time in the room, but you took advantage of the kindness extended to you and inconvenienced our housekeeping and front desk staff. You were assisted with your luggage, offered a late check out, and your bags were held, which is against company policy, so we disagree with your statement that we do not care about our guests. We appreciate your feedback.

Stuff here were really nice and sweet the place is somehow small , room has all you need. beds , bathroom , closet , little fridge Hairdryer . Elevator a bit tiny and so the stairs .. but hey ! At a good price.

I must start mentioning Ana, the sweet, polite and courteous lady that helped me check in. She went above and beyond to accommodate me and made the process fast and easy. The room was cozy, clean and comfortable. The two maids who were working on Friday were awesome, they provided me with clean towels promptly and were enthusiastic. The closet, the bathroom, the refrigerator were all in excellent condition. I will definitely come back as a guest here and highly recommend. All the staff are friendly and professional.

The staff were friendly and accommodating and the property was very clean. The elevator wasn't working the first two days, but the staff brought our my luggage to our 3rd floor room. The restaurant associated with the hotel - was charming, the food was delicious, and the wait staff was wonderful. I'd return to stay here again!

Great cute boutique hotel. Rooms were updated and more than comfortable. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Elevator was not working, but with only 3 stories it wasn't a huge deal.

We are a historic hotel, built in the early 1900’s, so our boutique rooms and lobby are a bit smaller than modern accommodations, which is typical in Miami Beach. We have a standard sink and faucet, so please let the staff know of any issue next time, so we can look into it further. We are disappointed to learn that you did not have a better stay, but we appreciate your feedback.

Sheets and comforter were dirty, can’t find the place because of the restaurant canopy in front of the building, shower barely ran and it was either scolding hot or cold or turned off and barely came out of the shower head, parking was $180, address says Miami and it was Miami Beach, never again will I stay here!

I liked that the Chelse hotel was closed to local Walgreen's and CVS stores. Very convenient to go to Lincoln Avenue. Very close to Ocean Drive and Maimi beaches. The batheroom shower facet needed repair.

Hotel Chelsea is the cutest little hotel I’ve stayed at in a long time. You can’t beat the location - I walked everywhere or took the free trolley to all the places I wanted to see, and I was a solo traveller. I felt safe as I walked. The staff is honestly the reason that I will return and the reason that I will tell everyone I know about this quaint little spot. Maria, the general manager, leads the team. She is kind, personable, and super helpful. Her employees generally seem happy to work for her! I will definitely return, and can’t wait to do so!

I stayed in this hotel over night and let me tell you. This hotel was really nasty. The hotel hallway was really dark and it smell bad, like mold. The bedroom was small very small. The bathroom OMG!! The bathroom I took a shower and felt like a need it to take another shower, just to wash the shower/bathroom of me! It was very durty and molding And last I left a towel of mines in the bathroom and they didn't even bother to call me to let me know. First time ever staying there and i promise you wont ever, ever, ever stay there again. Oh they have a restaurant in the main entrance like who does that. You have to walk with all your bags through a bunch of people having dinner. Like why not have another entrance for your hotel guests?! Very disappointed!!

When we checked in. We were told where we could park our car overnight for $20. The front desk clerk have us directions to it and the next day, we got charged $80. Misinformation by clerk and paid a lot more for our parking. Our tv wasn’t programmed correctly and required maintenance staff. After our first day out, came back and wasn’t able to get into room. 2 other rooms had the same issue. The noise at night was throughout our sleep. Curtains were not blackout and therefore the room was so bright in the morning.

We do not have parking at the hotel, but I spoke with our General Manager who informed me that our Front Desk clerk sent parking information to you, directly from the City of Miami Beach parking website. Always check signs for fees and rules. The magnetic stripe on the key cards deactivate when exposed to heat, or placed next to cell phones and credit cards. Our apologies for any inconvenience. Our staff was attentive to any issues you mentioned, but we're disappointed you did not have a better stay overall. We appreciate your feedback.

Very good location with delicious Cuban food and bar on ground level.Courteous staff.within walking distance of beach,shops & food.Charming older building.Only dislike not much shelf space in room or bath.no where to set open luggage but would still choose to stay here again

This is a lovely hotel in a fantastic location! My room was clean and the staff members were very friendly and helpful. Check-in and check-out were seamless. I would definitely stay here again and I highly recommend this hotel.

Neat old hotel, well kept, clean and the service was excellent. Only thing is it does get noisy early morning when some guests return from bars. Stayed for a night before a cruise and would stay again

Service at the restaurant is not great but then again that’s Miami for ya. Hotel front desk was great. Overall the room is nice and clean. For the price I’m actually blown away.

Staff was amazing beginning to end. It was actually very quiet and a great night sleep which is not the norm in South Beach. Will definitely stay here again!!!
