This place is a scam!!!!!!
I spent over $700 on 5 nights at this dump. No communication with ANYONE on premises. Countless problems with no remedy! 1) no access to pool for the full 5 days and got the run-around by dimitri over and over again!!!! Had 4 kids with me and we NEVER were able to see the pool! 2) washer and dryer on premises but discovered after doing a load that the dryer was broken! 3) microwave broken and dimitri completely ignored my complaints 4) a 5 night stay for 5 people and we were given 4 very crispy bath towels and 4 very crispy hand towels and 1 half roll of toilet paper! Please stay away from this property! Feel as if my money was stolen

Miami apartment
When we walked into our room it stunk like someone died in it. I opened the linen cupboard door and it fell off, opened a kitchen cupboard door and it fell off. I tightened up some kitchen handles while I was there. There was cigarette butts all over the back patio. The pool closes at 8pm, should be at least 9. Our teenage boys were not allowed in the gym accompanied by an adult. Free wifi dropped out every 5-10 minutes. On the good side of things, the apartment was quiet a good size and you can see that the building is getting renovated and that they are trying to clean it up. We were on the fifth floor, same floor as the pool. The outside of the building looks very nice. Great views from the pool balcony. Glass needs cleaning though. Furniture was nice in the apartment and the beds were clean and comfortable. Need to put a set of tonges, potato masher and some microwave plastic dishes in the kitchen. The nightly rate I felt was fair, just need to do the above and it would be a 3.5 star rating. Also we didn't see any staff apart from the gym lady and she was not very accomodating and the cleaning lady in the hallway.

Unfortunately the kitchen was not equipped with sufficient numbers of cutlery, cups, plates etc. Even toilet paper was missing. When renting a flat for three days, you expect it to be ready to use, and not that you have to start your stay by shopping cutlery...

Potential to be fantastic but no service or help
Room was comfortable, great size, great location. We were given 4 towels for 5 of us and nothing to use by the pool or beach. Our toilet flooded and we had to use some of the towels to wipe up the sewerage off the floor which means we were down to 2. No one came to fix the toilet so all we could do was shut the door and not use that bathroom at all.

Хорошее расположение. Рядом Авентура Молл. Аппартаменты были убраны при заезде только по центру. Много пыли на лампах и мебели. Ползали муравьи. 2 раза видели тараканов. В целом хороший район, большой бассейн с джакузи, хороший спортзал. Но убираться надо самим. Хорошо что есть стиралка и сушилка.

Ekstrem dårlig service.
Yderst utilfredstillende, vi blev lovet pool og fitness, samt mulighed for at grille. Alle disse faciliter havde vi ikke adgang til, da det krævede et specielt adgangskort som vi ikke fik. Det ene toilet var i stykker så vi kontaktede udlejeren på mail og han var tre dage om at svare (sendte mails tre gange før han svarede). Svaret vi fik var en sludder for en sladder. Så vi sendte endnu en klage som vi aldrig fik svar på. Ikke i orden at leje en dyr lejlighed med lækre faciliteter som vi så ikke må bruge. Jeg vil ikke anbefale nogen at give så mange penge for det. Lejligheden var fin og flot udsigt, men pænt surt at få den oplevelse.
