The only down side is if you choose to utilize the stove/pans please be aware that the pans heats really fast even even when the fire is on super low (1) causing the smoke detector to go off constantly, there's no ventilation over the stove so you will have to keep the patio door open. Very clean and in a great location. This property has an attendant at the front desk 24/7--so you will feel very safe whether you're traveling solo or with a guest. I stayed here for 2 days prior to cruising out of the Port of Miami which worked out great! (Our Lyft ride there took about 20 mins). We got to explore the area as restaurants and shopping were within walking distance. The view from the balcony was great and the pool and hot tub area was clean. I was disappointed with the check-in process as I reached out ahead of time, when we landed at the airport, and the host said a lady would meet us in the lobby, but the front desk workers told us she left right before we got there (even though we had given the host a time of when we would be there), so check-in was a little more difficult. Plan on waiting for the elevator for quite a few minutes as it’s a busy hotel, with 22 floors. We ended up taking the stairs most of the days because it took so long to get the elevator to come, but we got our exercise in. The AC only goes down to 68, which left our room quite uncomfortable while sleeping since the humidity is so high. (The vents were in need of a really good clean, so maybe that would help) Otherwise, the room was quite clean, but the bathroom could have been cleaned better as dust and hairs were covering the walls and trim. We loved the location! Such a beautiful and safe neighborhood to walk around to different shops and wonderful restaurants. The beach is about a 15-min drive away. ##### Caitlin M.
