The photos online are of an ocean front 2 bedroom deluxe unit, we got a one bedroom, no balcony no view room. At check in, they told us they can move us to a one bedroom with a balcony. We were extremely disappointed. Also had much trouble with internet connection which is terrible on the property. Everything was clean, updated and felt very safe. Having chairs and umbrella provided was fantastic and VERY quick walk between the unit and beach (no streets to cross, just a bike path) meant our tweens had a lot of independence and flexibility to go between adults on the beach and adults in the room. Memorial Day weekend! We were kicked out !! No place to go . The agent said we’d get a refund for the two days; very little consolation considering there were no rooms available at any decent hotel. The room was extremely small with no balcony and was facing another building,unlike the picture that showed a balcony, ocean views and a spacious living room.
