The hotel is a little outdated, however it's in the perfect location for the beach, restaurants, bars, pharmacies, etc. You can walk a couple of blocks and get to where you need to be. There is also public transportation and tour activities nearby as well! I would stay again

Nice place very clean and it’s closer to the beach! You can walk to many restaurants very safe and very quiet so I really would love to stay here again

The pictures are very descriptiving. It is very old and out dated. It’s very in need of a renovation but the safe are very nice. If you’re not looking for luxury and just for a place to lay your head for the night. It’s not a bad place to stay. Very close to the beach.

This place needs to shut down, I understand when something is budget friendly and affordable but that does not mean that there have to be roaches all over the place they need an exterminator fast!! The floors are breaking , and the sheets smell dirty. Horrible place I wanted to run out of there only reason I stayed was because I was going to lose time off my short trip relocating. Stay away!

The hotel is a no-star!!! This is one of the nastiest hotels on South Beach. They have roaches! The air conditioner is a wall mount. The air conditioner is dripping water from the ceiling to the floor! Water is in the middle of the floor. Cloth headboards to attract bed bugs. Room is just filthy!!! The bathroom shower glass has mold on it and there is mold on the bathroom floor. Disinfectant wipes, Lysol spray, and air purifier plug in was not enough. That’s what I bring to hotels since the pandemic to sanitize the room. But this room needed a whole room makeover!!! Don’t stay at this hotel!!!!!!!!!
