This large apartment has about 1500 square feet of living space plus a good sized balcony overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. Great for a couple looking for a romantic getaway or a family vacation. Booked way in advance and we were told construction would be finished by the time we stayed. There was no food available onsite but there was a good Italian/pizza place across the street. The chairs or lounges you see in the photos are not for the building and cannot be rented. You have to set up your own chair in front of those and staff from the other buildings yell at you if you are in the wrong area. The unit did provide standard beach chairs. The property is almost 2 miles from the boardwalk. With the tall buildings the beach is shaded by them by 2 pm. ##### Michelle S. Unfortunately they were working on the outside of the building so we had no use of the balcony during our stay. Hopefully they'll finish that quickly. The beach is well kept and not too crowded, even on Memorial Day. The location of the condo could not be better—great ocean view from the balcony and easy access to the freight elevator for getting all your stuff down to the beach. Owners have thought of everything for your beach stay—umbrellas, coolers, chairs—made our stay even more fun! ##### Jeremy B. The condo is perfect for our needs. Everything was better than the pictures on line. Comfortable beds, clean, thick beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella, and a cooler. There was a leak in the ceiling after a heavy rain the day we checked in. Manager was very quick to respond with our options so this was appreciated. Beach in this area is perfect!! ##### Jennifer M. Loved Ben who gave us all the info and was fast to answer questions. He was very nice and friendly. The place was a GREAT location and the apartment was very clean, updated and even had some beach chairs, umbrellas and a lot of the basics for the beach. Would stay here again! The only part i didn’t love was the staff at the place (not Ben or the owner). When we first arrived the valet told us to go the concierge desk who then told us to go back to vallet. While it’s nice to leave our bags there until check in, it is not secure at all. No one supervises the area and it remains unlocked. ##### Megan A. Séjour de 8 nuits en avril 2025 ### 8/10 – Bien #### Katherine P. 7 avr. 2025 Points forts : Propreté #### Nice beach, pretty view, easy walk to beach There were some real pros and cons to this condo.Pros: - clean- pretty view of beach- easy to get to beach- short walk to convenience store for essentials.- not too far to grocery store.- nice bathrooms and kitchen- quiet- lots of beach gear in the condo cons.- apartment smells like mold- there is nowhere comfortable to sit. The couch just sinks when you sit on it.- sheets were polyester maybe? very slippery slidey. Mattress has 2 egg crates layered on it. Not sure that is about.- skimpy with the number of towels- the building is old and shows it.- I thought the check-in communication was a little overly complicated. - I did not realize Hollywood Beach is pretty far from both Miami Beach and Fort Lauderdale in traffic. Like 45 minutes to an hour to each. And there there was significant traffic. ##### Katherine P. The elevator situation was not good. There were only 2 working elevators for an 18 story building. Sometimes the wait was unacceptable. I asked about this before I booked the property and was told that all 3 would be working. Even that would not have been enough. Also the TV reception was not great. We had to watch the Superbowl on Tubi. It cut in and out constantly for the entire game. It was very painful and disappointing to watch it that way. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the valet guys but because of the elevator and TV situations we probably won’t be back. ##### Kim G. I stayed here with my mother, girls trip!We had a great time, condo was clean had all the necessities in the kitchen, Beds were super comfortable check in process was easy. Some restaurants, including Walmart within walking distance, although I ended up getting a car, but that was personal preference. The sunrises are spectacular right from the balcony!!!!It was very quiet, and being an end unit, for me personally that’s a plus!Would it definitely stay here again!!!! ##### Melissa B. A great apartment in a great location. The view is simply magnificent, both of the sea and the skyline - it couldn't be better. The apartment is very clean, spacious and very comfortable.
