Location, location, location. Extremely close to Brickell City Center, Metro Rail and the Metro Mover. Hotel is clean and updated. Gym is small but has what is needed for a good workout. My only critique is that the rooms are very, very small. Other than that, the hotel is great and I would stay again.

It was very convenient to stay at this hotel. There are many restaurants, shops, cvs, coffee shops, fast food, interesting people walking around....the only reason I gave 4 stars is because the room itself is very small for 2 ...though ...perfect for 1. Overall, great!!

I had a really great experience staying at CitizenM Hotel! From the moment I arrived, I felt safe and comfortable on the property. The staff were absolutely amazing—friendly, welcoming, helpful, and always willing to assist whenever I needed anything. The hotel was clean, modern, and had a great atmosphere. I really appreciated how secure I felt throughout my stay, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The staff definitely made me feel welcomed and taken care of. What I liked the most is how charming and clean the room was; sometimes we didn’t even want to leave the bed. The staff were really supportive at all times and very friendly. Only one thing was a little bit annoying, but that’s the price you pay if you stay in the middle of Brickell: at night, there was some noise coming from the nightclubs around. I’ll still give it 5 stars cause it didn’t bother me that much, but it’s something to take into account.

The central location near the shopping center and restaurants. The close access to the free train to downtown was a plus. The breakfast option was the same every day. The room attendants could have payed closer attention to providing adequate towels as there were 2 occupants in the room.

We are cruisers so we spent a day before our cruise at this wonderful hotel. Of all the hotels we have stayed at the citizenM was honestly the best. The staff was amazing, friendly, helpful and even gave us advise what to do for the day. The hotel has a cool, modern vibe and is in a fantastic location, lots to do. The rooms are very clean, have great views but they are definitely small, for people who have never been on a cruise, this may be too small for you. We had a great dinner at the Italian restaurant which was right across the street, found a liquor store down the street and plenty of shopping at two very large outdoor malls. Lots to do and see in the evening as Miami comes alive at night We had a great stay and will definitely be back !!
