And the unrivaled amenities and aesthetics afforded by more than $20 million in renovations. Stroll the beach and then swim laps in the secluded heated pool, taking in the exotic landscaping and spectacular views of the ocean. Or head for the state-of-the-art fitness center. Enjoy movies in the top of the art movie theater or relax in the sophisticated social and pool room. Close to the exciting Hollywood Beach boardwalk where you will find many outdoor cafes, restaurants and shops. There is live entertainment at the bandstand on the boardwalk on weekends. Just a 15 minute drive to South Beach or 10 minutes to Ft. Lauderdale, 15 minutes to the Aventura Mall and 40 minutes to Sawgrass Mills. This unit is one of the best ever. The apartment is well furnished and maintained, and the view is spectacular. Communication with the owner was excellant. The place was spacious and exactly like it stated. The check in process and time frame is kind of a pain but otherwise enjoyed our stay. Plenty of beach supplies in the closet and the host was helpful with tips. Beautiful view and everything was clean. You do have to pay an additional fee for a key fob to get around the complex which isn’t a big deal but wanted to share ##### Laura R. The beds are comfortable, showers great, and TP/tissues were soft and wonderful. Towels and beach chairs were great. The waves are mild and the ocean inviting. The pool was great and its a well maintained property close to many restaurants, the broadwalk of Hollywood Beach and a Walmart. Would definitely recommend and stay again. The only issue we had was not having anywhere to store our luggage until we could get into the condo. We did not get a rental car. Uber is very convenient and inexpensive. ##### Lisa R. The check-in process had a long line to get fobs and pricey for the fobs which is not retuned to you. The location is good with free and low cost transportation for local sightseeing.
