  • This is a beautiful studio beachfront condo with incredible beach and ocean views right in the middle of Southbeach in Miami. Walk to incredible restaurants and clubs. Just 2 blocks from Ocean Drive or Lincoln Mall.

    Watch cruise ships leave Government Channel from balcony. Granite counters, Wood Cabinets and Marble Floors. Beautiful, interesting wall art. Newly renovated pool and deck with new pool furniture. Nice Gym facilities. Free Valet Parking for one vehicle. Excellent security in building 24 hrs a day.
