The fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare meals at your leisure, and the spacious living room is perfect for relaxation. Parking fees
* 1 week (1 to 7 days): $100.00
* 2 weeks (8 to 14 days): $125.00
* 3 weeks (14 to 21 days): $150.00
* 4 weeks (21 to 30 days): $175.00
* Temporary Pass: $20.00 for a few hours
* Overnight temporary Pass: $40.00

All Units Include
* One beach umbrella
* Beach towels for your use at the beach
* Two beach chairs (non-reclining, foldable for beach convenience)

Important:
* There is one laundry room per floor; it is not located inside the apartment.
* Please be aware that if you wish to rent reclining beach chairs, this service is offered directly through the beach service and is not included as part of the resort amenities.

Packages:
Packages can be delivered to the Building, but please note that there is a cost of $7.00 per package.

Property may include a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that area noise levels are respected. There is no electronic video or audio surveillance monitoring on the interior of the unit. Please be aware that any sound that crosses a property line at an unreasonable loud volume is unlawful within the city; as per the City Noise Ordinance, Chapter 100 of the Hollywood Code of Ordinance.
