Enjoy breathtaking direct ocean views from your private terrace on the 11th floor in this remodeled condo with hardwood floors, top of the line kitchen appliances, flat screen TV in living room and bedrooms. Here you will enjoy the exclusive residents' beach club and pool. And the unrivaled amenities and aesthetics afforded by the Sian Condominium. Stroll the beach, and then swim laps in the secluded heated pool, taking in the exotic landscaping and spectacular views of the ocean. Or head for the state-of-the-art fitness center. Enjoy movies in the top of the art movie theater or relax in the sophisticated social and pool room. Close to the exciting Hollywood Beach boardwalk where you will find many outdoor cafes, restaurants and shops. There is live entertainment at the bandstand on the boardwalk on weekends. Just a 15 minute drive to South Beach, the Aventura Mall, Hard Rock Casino Entertainment Center, Gulf Stream Village shops and Horse Race Course and 30 minutes to the famed Sawgrass Mills and Dolphin Mall outlet stores.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

The Sian will be undergoing a building exterior concrete restoration and window upgrade program starting during the summer of 2025. There will be intermittent noise Monday through Friday during working hours with balcony closures when necessary for the safety of our guests and residents. More information will be provided to guests as details become available from building management. We will do everything possible to keep our guests comfortable during the program.

TWO BEDROOM APARTMENTS ARE LIMITED TO A MAXIMUM OF FOUR ADULT GUESTS AND TWO MINOR CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 18.

GUESTS ARE REQUIRED TO PURCHASE ONE (1) FOB FOR EVERY TWO (2) GUESTS OVER THE AGE OF 18 UPON ARRIVAL. FOBS ARE SMALL PLASTIC ELECTRONIC DEVICES USED TO OPEN THE DOORS TO THE LOBBY, POOL, FITNESS CENTER AND GATE TO THE BEACH (NOT THE APARTMENT).  THE COST TO THE GUEST IS $30.00 FOR EACH FOB.  CASH WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.   GUESTS WILL ALSO BE REQUIRED TO WEAR IDENTIFICATION BRACELETS DURING THEIR STAY THAT WILL BE GIVEN AT CHECK IN. 

PARKING IS EXTRA. PARKING FEE PAID TO BUILDING VALET SERVICE. RATES CANNOT BE GUARANTEED. CONTACT US FOR CURRENT RATES. RATES WILL INCREASE AS OF JULY 1, 2025.

BEDS: ONE KING SIZE BED IN THE MASTER AND TWO FULL SIZE BEDS IN THE 2ND BEDROOM. AN INFLATABLE QUEEN SIZE AIR MATTRESS IS AVAILABLE UPON REQUEST.

TV & INTERNET: THIS APARTMENT DOES NOT HAVE CABLE TV. FREE INTERNET AND WIFI ALONG WITH FREE INTERNET TV ACCESS IS PROVIDED.

Guests must provide government issued IDs, which include the guest’s name, current address, photo and date of birth for all guests18 years or older.

Close to a lot of restaurants, about 15 miles straight down A1A and your in south beach. Convenient store right across the street gas and all. Really liked the place and location.

Nice Area to Stay

This was our second time at this property. We really like the location and enjoy the beach views and access. Both Mario and Ben are excellent communicators, and replied quickly to any questions we had. We would definitely return for a third trip.

Great place and even better location!

This place is so close to the ocean. The hosts communicate really well. The instructions are a bit overwhelming and the parking is valet only which is a bit complicated. But the facilities are great and it is within walking distance to the grocery store and Walmart. I would stay here again for sure!

My sisters and I rented this to attend the eras tour and it did not disappoint! The overall location is fabulous with the beach access and local restaurants and shops. The staff were friendly and inviting and the valet service was fabulous! Can’t wait to visit again!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. We stayed for just 5 days after our 7 day Caribbean cruise. I would’ve rather just stayed here the whole time than the cruise!!!! Just fun and relaxing!!!

Excellent Stay at a family friendly location

I chose this property as a family friendly place to stay after a cruise for a couple days to unwind and enjoy the beach. The property was clean and quiet. the view from the balcony was amazing. The walk to the beach was quick. The pool was clean and large. We got groceries delivered easily and just stayed on property and enjoyed the pool and beach for two days. It was a great stay.

Great place for a weekend getaway

The property was a great place, and was very true to listing and pictures. We had a 5 minute trip from room to beach, including elevator travel time, which was really nice. There were several restaurants and stores within a short walk (10 minutes), so it was easy to coordinate groceries. Overall, a great stay, and one we enjoyed. If we come back

Convenient beach stay

For an older building everything was great. Great view. Easy check in. Grocery store was an easy 10 minute walk across the bridge. Despite being spring break the building was quiet and the beach directly out front was more families. Would absolutely stay again.

Allanadale Beach Condo

The property located on the beach, being the unit closest to the beach made getting to the water and pool super convenient. This end unit has a magnificent ocean view. The unit had all the necessities to make the stay comfortable.
