Booked property day of trip as another host left my family and i homeless. No confirmation or check in instructions. Money was taken and refund was denied. Never stayed here. Legal action coming.

Extremely disappointed

Property was not even close to what was depicted in the images online. Over old and outdated inside. Cabinets falling off the wall. Freezer/ice maker was taped shut. Portable a/c taped to the window. Lock on front door is in horrible condition and rarely works to let you in.
