Here is our list of grievances once more:- The room wasn’t well cleaned and had an odour when we came in the first time.- We found excrement and toilet paper in the couch bed (got solved, but shouldn’t have happened in the first place). \*Big issue\* We had to book a hotel elsewhere for the night.- The Tvs don’t work (never fixed) and they said they would fix it and they haven’t shown up.- The safe doesn’t work (fixed but it shouldn’t have happened).- The door handle doesn’t work in the bedroom (my sister got stuck in there).- Half the lightbulbs are burnt.- Not enough towels for four people (only four) we have to keep washing over and over.- Freezer has rust in it.- Floors are full of damaged ceramic (bathroom and entrance)- There is a big stain on the couch.To me it seems clear that the people in charge of this don’t care and we haven’t gotten any kind of compensation for any of it despite paying a lot for the stay in the first place. ##### Lorenzo C.
