I am extremely disappointed staying here. Due to the fact this was a big weekend in Miami (SPRING BREAK AND MIAMI OPEN) there were no available rooms. We had a late check in because of a late flight into Miami. We get there and the Wifi code on the router was incorrect. I reached out to my contact person Millie who eventually rectified that issue. Getting in late we wanted to shower but couldn't due to the fact that there were no washcloths. I have NEVER been anywhere where there were no wash cloths available. I did reach out to Millie the next day and she stated it was probably a oversight. We did receive 2 washcloths for a family of 4\. We had to buy washcloths and toilet paper because of the lack of. My BIGGEST issue was the amount of roaches we had to endure while staying here. I am UTTERLY DISGUSTED! My kids were didnt want to stay here, but we had no where to go. This place is infested with roaches! I am horrified at what we experienced. There were roaches coming out of the cracks in the wall. We found roaches in the bathroom and some on the ceiling. There are roach droppings in the kitchen. This is unacceptable and I demand a partial refund. We dont live with roach infestation at home.....so when I travel I dont expect to subject my kids to this. The property manager Millie is very responsive and helpful. We found out the night there were some minor defects in the house and she quickly helped fixing the problem the next day. She is very friendly and patiently explained in detail on the use of the facilities / amenities in the apartment. The bed is comfortable too. Although I don’t drive, there is a parking lot reserved for my unit, which provided convenience for my friends to visit me during my stay. I feel like at home with all the convenience in this apartment. The only drawback is we have to rely on Uber to ferry us around and not much things to see or shop around but it is still a great place to stay with a quiet environment.
