This apartment is centrally located in Miami Beach, promising an unparalleled vacation experience. Explore the numerous boutiques, including the Collins Avenue stores, Bal Harbour shops, and many more. Savor a refreshing drink at one of the many bars on Ocean Drive or indulge in a gourmet meal at one of Miami’s finest restaurants. If you’re in the mood for some action, the area offers countless spots for swimming, sunbathing, and a variety of water and beach sports, including jet skiing, kite diving, and surfing.



Getting Around:

Exploring Miami Beach and its vibrant neighborhoods is incredibly easy, thanks to the multiple convenient options available:

✔︎ Walking: With its prime location, many local amenities and attractions are within a comfortable walking distance, allowing you to explore the area with ease.

✔︎ By Car: Although a car is not necessary due to the central location, Ubers and other ridesharing services are readily available for your convenience.

✔︎ Public Transportation: Easy access to public transportation is available for those looking to explore further afield.

✔︎ Please note, parking is not included with this rental.



Other Things to Note:

Our apartment is meticulously cleaned and sanitized to ensure a safe and healthy stay. We prioritize cleanliness and guest satisfaction to provide a memorable experience in the vibrant heart of Miami. Enjoy the serenity and the plethora of amenities our apartment has to offer!



❖️ Check-in/Check-out: Check-in is at/after 4 pm, and check-out time is no later than 11 am. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability. Unauthorized late check-out will incur a fee of $100 per hour for each hour after 11 am.

❖️ Supplies: During check-in, essentials such as towels, linens, shampoo, conditioner, soap, and toilet paper are provided for your convenience. Please plan accordingly as we do not provide additional supplies during your stay.

❖️ Trash: Maintain cleanliness by utilizing the trash cans provided.

❖️ AC & Ventilation: To avoid insects and mold, keep all windows and doors closed. Leaving them open while the AC is on could result in a fee up to $500. We recommend setting the AC between 72-83°F for optimal comfort.

❖️ Cleaning: This apartment is privately owned and does not include maid service or daily cleanings. The cleaning fee covers the final cleaning after your checkout.



Property Management Rules:

✘ Unregistered Guests: Not permitted.

✘ Pets: Not allowed.

✘ Parties & Noise: No parties are allowed. Significant noise or loud music after 9:00 pm will result in eviction without a refund for the remaining reservation time.

✘ Smoking: Strictly prohibited in the unit. Any evidence of smoking will result in a $250 fee, and immediate eviction without a refund for the remaining reservation time.

✘ Furniture Movement: Not permitted and can result in a $250 penalty.

✘ Toilet Use: Do not flush paper towels, wipes, trash, or feminine products down the toilet. Use the bins provided. Flushing inappropriate items causing clogs will incur damage charges.

✘ The minimum age for check-in is 18.
