Indications pour accéder à l'appartement claires et données à l'avance par contre l'ouverture automatique ne fonctionnait pas.... heureusement quelqu'un était sur place pour nous ouvrir.... appartement propre avec tout le nécessaire pour manger et cuisiner. Aucune surprise sur le quartier que je connaissais déja, quartier que je cible pour séjourner à Miami Beach car près d'Ocean Drive et des lieux attractifs de South Beach mais néanmoins au calme car loin du bruit, des bars et de la musique. L'établissement est propre et propose une piscine en rooftop, une machine à glaçons, café et produits de première nécéssité en libre service. Petit hic : pas de parasole à la piscine et l'ascenseur ne fonctionne pas. En dehors de cela, l'appartement était très agréable, bien équipé. Bonne literie. Nous avions l'appartement 304, avec 2 grandes chambres équipées d'un lit king-size et d'une salle de bains / WC attenants. L'écran d'accueil personnalisé est très appréciable. Le Wifi fonctionnait bien, et la clim aussi. La pression d'eau de la douche était parfaite. Pas de parking sur place, mais je me suis garé à proximité au parking lot à l'angle de Ocean Drive et de 1st Street (2$ de l'heure et gratuit de 3h à 9h du matin) De plus, l'assistance téléphonique est facilement joignable et efficace! Nous avons attendu plus d’une heure et demie pour pouvoir trouver par nous-mêmes en faisant du porte-à-porte. Malheureusement la chambre était insalubre sentait extrêmement mauvais et n’était pas conforme aux photos. I was put waiting for almost 3 hours when I arrived because they gave me the code to a room that was already occupied and nobody was responding. It took close to 3 hours to then have them give me another room which was in a worse condition then the one I originally should have and then the battery of the pad died to enter the room and I was stuck for hours trying to enter my own room with all my stuff inside (me and my mum), we emailed, messaged the hotel directly, contacted agents, emailed the company directly and it took them 2.5 days to respond, luckily I found someone on site 5 hours later to replace the battery otherwise we would have been stuck outside for 2 and a half days. Hotel from hell I call this. It hasn’t happened to only me, I met another 3 people that had a similar experience to me that were trying to help. It smelt of damp and there was mould in the bathroom. There were loads of mosquitos in there when I arrived and it all needed a good clean - including all the walls. The pool was dirty too. I messaged twice on the app but got no response which isn’t good enough. The towels had marks on and again smelt damp. I could hear a generator from outside most of the time and also the building work behind the complex was noisy. I wouldn’t recommend.
