Located in Sunny Isles Beach. BRAND NEW apartment with all the comfort that you need to feel like home. Perfect for family and friends getaway. The fully equipped gourmet kitchen refrigerator/freezer, stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, stove, dishes, coffee maker, and toaster. Spacious bedroom with hairdryer, electronic safe within the suite, iron/ironing board, and TVs and OCEAN VIEW BALCONY. Resort fee will be charged at the check-in time at the property and it is not included.  
  
The Space:  
The Bedroom has a King-size bed (sleeps 2) and a sofa bed in the living room (sleeps 2) .The unit comes with a full kitchen and W&D. There is a TV in the Living Room. Beautiful ocean views from the balcony Bedroom. Bathroom is stocked with toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, and body wash), towels and a hairdryer. Check-in & Check-out: Check-in is any time after 4PM and check-out is any time before 11AM. An early check-in or late check-out time may be available, please inquire it complementary.  
  
Guest Access:  
Additional fees to be paid at Check-In to hotel: Resort & Hotel Service: $35 per night + 13% tax that included access to beach service, wi-Fi, towels, chairs and umbrella . Plus Administrative fees $10 per night per unit: -WiFi -Pool -Gym - Beach Access: Two Lounge Chairs. Valet Parking: $ 35/day (optional) - Not included in the price.
