"The staff were very friendly and helpful. We arrived in the morning and although our room was not ready, we were able to change clothes and freshen up and they stored our luggage for us, moving it to our room when it was ready. The location is amazing-right in the heart of the old town, and very safe to walk around in the area. Our room was beautiful, comfortable and very clean, with a little balcony overlooking the street. Loved everything about our stay!!"

"This hotel can be rated lowly as lower standard of hostel. Rooms are dingy and terribly with totally comfortable bed and totally inadequate furniture and bag rack. Room was terribly low lighted and felt depressing. It felt like sleeping in an enclosed warehouse with fire extinguisher sprinklers. I think Expedia needs to do a better job at classifying the proper since this property was very rated which was not even close. No descent reception ambience and when we set in the reception we could literally see the dust dropping on us from the roof. Totally to have lived in such a property."

"good break fast, nearby restaurants, friendly and professional staff, especially the Young Spaniard Manager in front desk(sorry dont recall his name). My son got sick and the front desk acted rapidly and call the emergency service which was amazing and acted very professional proving IV fluids and IV medicine to my son in our room x 3hrs all service covered by the Hotel."
