Нас пытались обмануть при заселении! Потом принесли грязное постельное белье для третьего взрослого. В номере было плохо убрано, под кроватью пепел от сигарет и какой-то мусор вокруг! Встроенная кухня - совершенно пустая, т.е. не было посуды, тарелок и даже ложек! По номеру много сломано, в одном из туалетов ужасно воняло. В целом, отель оставил впечатление неплохого с виду, но очень плохо обслуженного сейчас здания. Завтрак на троечку. Кофе - не съедобен.

This place was amazing. Very clean. Everything seems brand new. Luxury full house. And extremely friendly staff. Didn’t see valet parking but was very easy to find parking right outside the hotel. Upon arrival to the room, there was no stove/oven/kitchen supplies. I guess this is for those who stay long term. Called the front desk to ask and they immediately delivered a stove and kitchen supplies! So very helpful to accommodate any of your needs! No washing machine unless long term stay as well. Overall felt very luxurious and comfortable, just like home!

I stayed in this hotel for 2 nights with my 2 small children. The hotel is very luxurious and the rooms are very spacious. Breakfast was very good. Hotel staff tried to fix our shortcomings quickly. We didn't have any parking problems. The hotel was close to the sea. As a negative, there is a kitchen in the room, but there was no kitchen equipment. The shower cabin in the bathroom did not have a door. All the soap dispensers were broken. Shower gel and shampoo were insufficient. These small deficiencies do not befit the name of the hotel. If these are completed, you will not have any problems. I recommend.

The worse hotel experience ever. I booked a luxury suit with partial sea view. When i got there i was given a standard room with no view at all. The staff tried to pretend it was normal and they had the audacity to say they will transfer me to a "better" room the next day just so that i can be happy. But even that never happened they only managed to find me a room 3 days into my stay at which point i said its not worth it to pack up and switch rooms for just two days. I told them i rather be compensated and reimbursed the difference, they said that they cant do anything and sent me a platter of fruits as a gift. So bottom line i paid for a luxury suite 3 weeks in advance got to the hotel was transferred to a standard suite with a terrible view, got 0 compensation 0 reimbursement(except for a platter of fruits). No ethics and standards whatsoever!

Although price was low , but Some times prices doesn't reflect the reality .. This hotel has everything to take to success in the hospitality business and services. The room I have gotten was very good has everything I needed. The location is great. The breakfast was unexpected, they have too many different types of food. Its delicious. I was late for the checkout , so they cleaned the room before my coming and collect my stuff, but when I came evening, they gave me the room to have a shower and change my clothes. I do recommend this hotel for both fami5and singles.
