Each of our apartments at Casa Quetzal has a bedroom, a full private bathroom, and the main space with beautiful views and natural light where the dining room, living room, and a perfect place to work from home are distributed. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare coffee in the morning or cook a meal with fresh and local products that you can find in the markets and street markets of the city.  
  
The plus of this apartment is the PRIVATE ROOFTOP on the top floor. It\`s the only one in the building with this amenity.  
  
All the apartments in Casa Quetzal have a high-speed WI-FI connection, Smart TV, safe, black-outs and a shared-use laundry center within the building. You can also request a parking space at an additional cost.

#### Roma Norte Condo 

I stayed at the Grey Hawk apt for two weeks. The location is amazing and so close to restaurants, coffee shops and shopping. I loved the rooftop deck, it was nice to have outdoor space while staying in the city. The apt is clean and comfortable with lots of light and fresh air. Doorman was lovely. It is a bit loud at night with the club next door - used the earplugs and fan to sleep.

The location of this spot can’t be beat! And we loved the extra space of the rooftop to begin and end our day on, great views and people watching. With that said yes, it is loud at night. Earplugs are provided, but be prepared to hear house music until 2am every night. And we agree with the other reviewer on the shower pressure. It actually looks like an easy leak fix and given the city’s water restrictions we were surprised it hadn’t been fixed as it is causing a lot of water waste. Other than that we were comfortable for our stay and could walk to so so many restaurants and shops. Apartment is clean, spacious, and building felt very secure and safe.

#### Nice apartment in great location but very noisy!

Had a great stay at the apartment. Its nicely decorated and with a lovely roof terrace. Comfortable bed and nice little kitchen for cooking and sitting area for relaxing/working from home. My only complaints are that the shower is not in a great condition, really hard to regulate temperature and needs a bit of maintenance. The apartment is in an amazing location in Roma Norte, close to everything but right next door to a rooftop bar/club which some nights during the week is open until 3 playing really loud music - it did disturb my sleep quite a bit. So great place but not if you are a light sleeper!

#### Great location and rooftop

The suite is in a great location if you want to easily explore Roma Norte and surrounding area. The suite is bright, clean and functional; and the hosts are very responsive. We enjoyed access to the rooftop as well. Two things that have been mentioned in other comments were no different for us: first, the shower head leaks making the pressure weak. It should possibly just be replaced. Second, the club next door is loud and can play music late into the night on most nights but especially weekends. We knew this when booking the place so it’s nothing against the suite or the people who run it. But if you are sensitive to noise or sensitive about losing some sleep, it may not be the best place for you. Ear plugs work to take out some of the noise but not all of it. Just something to consider!

#### Amazing location, clean, safe and just as described. 

Came to Mex City to celebrate or 20th Ann. & explore CDMX! The apt location is perfect, walkable to great rests. shops, nightlife, rails/buses and parks. As others mentioned it gets loud & people party all night Fri/Sat and the apt is off Ave. Obregon & there’s quite a few bars and clubs. And if you know Mex parties go on and on and on(past 2-3am) but we really didn’t mind. Close the windows and just went to sleep. There’s 5star restaurants, Michelin rated restaurants and great street vendors. You will not go hungry. Endless coffeeshops and trendy hip stores. Warning it is def gentrified and a lot of the shops are priced compared to the US shops. I own a Crystal Metaphysical shop in the states and surprisingly my prices are practically 50-75% less then some of these shops. I was really shocked! And I consider my prices to be 20% less than most retails so that’s really crazy. I can safely say that’s the trend on a lot, not sure if it’s priced to tourism. But overall would highly recommend this apt. We were on the 7th floor and the rooftop had great views. One night the elevator wasn’t working and we had to walk up the 7flights that was rough :(. We ubered everywhere. You really do not need a car but they do have parking if needed (for a fee) but I don’t recommend it. driving there is insane, leave it to the experienced drivers. They know how to maneuver the madness. The host were super communicative before checkin. I did not need them during. The bldg manager is so nice.
