There is a "Safe taxi base" 2 blocks away and Metrobus is 2 blocks away too. Other Things to Note: We have a very strict method to count the people you are staying with, in case we find additional guest from the number of the booking you'll pay double fee: $800 pesos per night per guest. We have a two night minimum stay. Check-in starts at 3 PM and check-out should be before 11 AM. If you need to check in early, please let us known and we will try depending upon availability. Final cleaning is included in rental price but if you wish to have full housekeeping during your stay, it can be provided for an additional charge of $400 per day. \*\*Once the reservation is made, the number of guests or nights cannot be reduced. The location is very walkable and the street is quiet, and the apartment is very clean. I was on a trip with my parents in their 70s, and my father is in a wheelchair. The elevator was very convenient and the doormen were very courteous and helpful. Andrea was very easy to communicate with before and during our stay.
