Wonderful location, secure building, minutes from wonderful restaurants, parks, etc. Apartment is a little tired and lackluster, with stains on upholstery, blah colors, ugly vinyl flooring in what must once have been a beautiful old building, and only space heaters for warmth. Clean and safe Check in was great- we arrived at almost midnight and they were waiting for us. The location is perfect. The place was very clean and had everything you need to cook or it’s close to a lot of great restaurants if you prefer. It’s very secure with a gated courtyard. The WiFi has a strong signal.
