"I had an exceptional experience during my stay. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed, and the staff consistently demonstrated professionalism, kindness, and a genuine willingness to help. As a first-time visitor to Mexico, I truly appreciated the thoughtful recommendations and guidance they provided it made my trip feel both comfortable and memorable. There was a small mix-up with my breakfast location one morning, but the restaurant staff handled it seamlessly and graciously accommodated me for the included buffet. That level of attentiveness did not go unnoticed. Additionally, the club staff were incredibly welcoming and hospitable, creating an environment that felt both relaxing and elevated. The room was always clean and well-maintained, with fresh towels provided daily after our return from outings. It was clear that great care was taken to ensure a pleasant and comfortable stay. Overall, I am very impressed with the service and hospitality. I will absolutely be returning and highly recommend this hotel to others. "

Only one a day- again with really long lines! Get to be your turn and they’re out of reservations and won’t let you book for the next day!
