"We enjoyed our stay. The staff was really friendly and went beyond. We were celebrating my husband's birthday, and the Japanese Restaurant staff made it fun for us. Loved the pools and the bars. The rooms were great, but some need some upgrading. The plug in our bathroom didn't work too well, and we need a strong fan. There was a bit of mold on the ceiling. Overall, we would stay here again. "

"I was in Mexico city for work and the service at the hotel is amazing. I had shipped a box of material and the hotel staff let me know they had a box for me. (it is so rare these days, I usually need to hunt my boxes down) The bed was so comfortable. The sheets ! the housekeeping was also great. Its an older hotel and so well maintained! I would love to stay there again. I actually didn't have breakfast but I added stars by mistake and I don't know how to remove the stars without giving it a bad review. I can't seem to remove all of them to say N/A"
