"It was nice to have a crib provided and it served its purpose. The room was nice, however, I feel like a bit more attention to housekeeping (dish towel was tattered and had human hair wound up in it); the carpeted floors weren't thoroughly vacuumed (our 15 mo old daughter is good at finding little bits of debris and hair that didn't belong to us); the dishwasher wasn't secured in its place, but it was still functional. The staff was kind and helpful We just did some grab and go for some baked breakfast items and they were pretty good, and as expected. The pool was out of service due to health code issue apparently, as relayed by a staff member. It was unfortunate as we were looking forward to some time in the pool."

"The room was not clean. The property itself wasn’t clean unless you were in the lobby. The lobby was deceiving because it was so clean and nice looking and the rest absolutely was not. The room had stains on the carpet and bedding, it all smelled like mildew, and all tables & the microwave in the room had a weird residue like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. The whole place also just didn’t feel safe. "

"Hotel staff were polite. However, they struggled to keep everything stocked at breakfast and couldn’t keep towels stocked in the pool area. The WiFi definitely needs an upgrade! "

"Elevator sounded like it was going to break, our in room bathroom had poop streaks in it, then the next morning when we went out to our car someone was breaking into the vehicle two cars down from us. When we tried to report it to the front desk the person we were talking to didn’t recall anything properly so we called law enforcement and made the report. All after having to pay to park on top of it. Seems a little ridiculous "

"The staff is always friendly here. They are pet friendly, but could use a little bit more potty/play area for dogs. "

"Very spacious, kitchen well stocked, welcomed pets, the longest drive we had was 20min. Great location for the zoo, Kiewit Luminarium, awesome park next to the Luminarium. Nice neighborhood. Hot tub was nice. "
