"Front staff lady was not helpful. Parking signs were up saying you needed to pay on an app and she never offered a parking pass. I only knew because I heard a different front staff offer it to someone else. It cost me $17 extra. There was also a loud barking dog that I heard someone else report to staff, they said they couldn’t do anything. It barked for hours and was in the background of my virtual meeting. The dumpster was picked up at 5am slamming around and woke up several guests, it was discussed at breakfast."

"The rooms are very spacious and clean. The downside is the hotel is right next to the highway. Ask for a room facing the opposite side, otherwise you'll hear the constant sound of trucks and cars on the highway."

"My reservation states check-in time as late as two am for the hotel to turn me away at quarter past mignight after working all day and driving eight hours. I had to find another place to stay. The general manager is very unprofessional and a liar. She told me to my face I would be refunded for her to then tell me I would not in a message on hotels.com. She avoided my calls after customer service had her on the line she switched it to office closed and would not speak with me. She then lied to Hotels.com about me saying I was coming back at three pm and would not approve my refund two days after stating she issued a cancelation and refund. I had to fight on the phone with customer service for over an hour and show the screenshots of her responses to prove she was a liar to be refunded. I did not feel safe there as a man asked me if I wanted to stay in his room with him that I have never met before. This whole experience was disgusting and the customer service is a joke. Do better "General Manager". "

"No functioning elevator. Dirty room, shower visibly drain clogged w/ hair. Long hairs on pillow. Very disappointing for a Hyatt."

"Cleanly and peaceful. Not near things though, you will need a car to get places but downtown is about 20 mins. "

"Absolutely nothing. Had to change rooms 3 times. Screen door broken, air conditioning blowing out hot air, dirty furniture, windows didn’t open, shower head broken was squirting water everywhere! Meanwhile only to end up canceling my reservation. Property manager was unreachable the entire time. Staff were not helpful. Whole building also smelt like weed. DO NOT STAY HERE!"
