"It is very noisy at night ( Friday ).The bar next door plays loud music with people drinking in the street until 2am.!!!! Finally they go home at about 3am. It is such a shame because everything else is so good. I can not recommend it for this reason."

"We booked this beautiful Villa for two weeks in early September 2023. We were two families with a total of 10 adults. The Villa was large enough to accomodate all of us without any issues. The bedrooms are all huge and well appointed. The views, along with the surrounding property were spectacular!! The owners were always available to answer any questions and very knowledgeable with respect to any requests. Thank you to Elio for the granitas and wonderful conversations. After some less stellar hotels on a trip through Italy and an extremely long travel day, arriving here felt like a miracle between beautiful rooms with incredible views, great food at Brace, and the most welcoming team onsite. checking out was hard - we did not want to leave!!"
