Perfect seaside vacation home, to enjoy the ocean and its surf activities. House in a quiet area with garden and covered terraces. Entrance on fitted kitchen, leading to a living-room crossing (equipped with a large family table and bench, convertible sofa two places, T. V flat screen), two bedrooms (one with a bed 160 x 200 cm, the another with 2 bunk beds and a single bed 90x190 cm. A bathroom with basin and bath, and independent toilets.
Enclosed garden of about 750 m².
