I chose this hotel because it was conveniently between Bordeux and the Pyrenees. It was easy to access. The reception were accommodating when I was very late (10.50pm!). The room was clean and comfortable. However, the was no kettle in the room and the plastic key broke. The room was a little noisy, being near the main road.

Splendid hotel and well located in old city. The staff were exceptional. Always very friendly and helpful. The English concierge ( who spoke fluent French ) gave us some great tips on nearby restaurants and recommended a wonderful wine tour to the left and right bank which was so informative and personal. Money well spent !! I would highly recommend this hotel in such a vibrant and beautiful city. ✅ ✅

Rooms were lovely. Bathrooms were fantastic. Breakfast was delicious but very expensive. Staff very nice. Location a little off the beaten path so it was nice and quiet. 10+ minute walk to get to good streets and transit but overall an easy walk. Very safe.
