The room was noisy. People in the hallway were easily heard, including late at night. The A/C unit was loud. I’m sure I woke up every time it came on!!

Room (deluxe ? Queen) was spartan but okay. However the heat/AC unit was very noisy. Our friends room stank of tobacco and then their replacement room had a faulty shower head. There is no eatery nor breakfast on site; you have to drive.

The room was great. the children, teenagers, running up and down the hall until all hours was not. Someone smoking weed. It was lingering in the air in the morning., also not but that was in the morning. need more directions for the coffee.

The beds were not comfortable and chairs were beat up and had holes in them. I did not realize this was a hotel for athletes.

Not a good stay!
After a long drive we check in, staff was nice but after driving for 12 hours we just wanted to relax. We check the beds and find hair all over the sheets. Had beds redone a 2nd time and again hair. Had to complain to front desk again and after 1 hours they finally came and I had them complete remove all bedding and remake beds. Would we stay there again? Most likely not! Restaurants weren’t open luckily the casino across on other side of freeway came and picked us up to shuttle us so we can get dinner at casino. We were in a big rig so getting around wasn’t easy. Just wasn’t a good experience and doing all this being tired, and cold rainy day just wasn’t great!

The lobby area and the front desk staff were excellent. The room was clean. The towels were something that you would expect from a jail or the lowest rated hotel that you could find. They were tiny and extremely abrasive. Upon waking up to go shower, I came across two cockroaches in the bathroom area. The showers water pressure was extremely low and the temperature was cold.

Every hotel I've stayed at has a mini fridge in each room. No refrigerator. Advertising in the room is tacky. I wish i would have stayed somewhere else. Will not return.

Did not enjoy our stay
My family and I came to stay at the resort, and it was a disappointment. Resort always charge a resort fee. Compared to a regular hotel and a resort, there was nothing there that was appealing. It felt more like a hotel than anything. The hotel staff was not helpful and the beds weren’t comfortable at all. The little convenient store and vending machines had very little in them. The room needs updating as well.

New hotel so everything is clean. No other guests were staying at the hotel when we checked-in. Other guests arrived later - but only 12 or so... I thought the hotel was overpriced for what we received. And, the beds were not comfortable.

It was old although clean. Very noisy. Every door slams, so all night people coming and going. Floor above were walking around and partying all night. Could not sleep due to next to busy road, constant banging/slaming or doors. No restaurant but their sister restaurant had service, except no reservations available. Very expensive for what it offered. Terrible value for money. Not even continental breakfast. Would not recommend at all

No frill hotel. A step above Motel 6! No fridge or microwave. No black out curtains…pull down shade with sheer curtains leaving gaps on sides for outside lights to come through room. Bedding was stiff and uncomfortable. Towels were horrible. Like drying off with sandpaper! I can’t believe for how big this place is there is no food/restaurants.

Avoidthus place. ANYPLACE in Mesquite is better.
They gave us baby deds to sleep in and charged us $10 extra for so called free services like coffee in the room and the "freec shuttle to across the street. Just a very cheap place for a $200 room. They should have stayed close after Covid as they were for two years. WE WILL NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN!
