First night was a disaster. Our room was in a corner where there are 4 other rooms. Those 3 other doors were slamming starting at 5am - this hotel does not have a soft-closing mechanism.
Poor service - I requested firm pillows. They brought the same unlofty pillows. There was something wrong with the TV - the maintenance person never showed up.
Day of check out - at 9:30am while I was still sleeping, housekeeping was banging on the door asking what time I’m checking out!!!
