"Not the worst I've stayed in. However, also not the worst by a mile. They are going through renovations which explains the haphazard appearance. Close to locations downtown including the hospital. GREAT continental breakfast. I did see other guests giving the staff trouble but if I'm being honest, the guests were rude to them. Pleasent, quiet and off main roads while being accessible. A grade."

"I loved the hotel and our hotel room! It was very rich-looking and filled with warmth. The staff was friendly and professional."

"The hotel was actually pretty clean, however the room smelled of old nicotine smoke or something, I asked to be moved to another room and they did so right away, but it smelled the same. The place in general really needs to be updated with new carpeting etc. The price for the room was low, I guess this is why."

"Housekeeping and kitchen staff were very helpful and friendly. Front desk was less than helpful. During our stay there was also a very large party there with hundreds of children. They were running down the halls starting at 6am and going until after midnight, banging on doors, yelling with curse words at all hours, slamming doors to the stairs, etc and just completely unsupervised. No one else could use the pool or fitness center because the kids swarmed them and we’re jumping, tackling, playing football, etc. The adults were in the dining area partying it up watching a game and ignoring the kids. Multiple guests, including myself, were complaining to the front desk and getting dismissed and nothing was done. The only front desk worker who actually tried to help was Michael. But nothing was done to remedy the dissatisfaction with the other guests whose stay was a nightmare because of this."
