The unit has a modern living room with an open kitchen concept and a nice furnished terrace, including a BBQ, where you will be able to enjoy your breakfast or some afternoon drinks, or just relax surrounded by tropical trees. This 3 bedroom unit has 15 MBps internet speed and 3 TV Sets, one for each bedroom. The unit includes a charcoal BBQ and a hammock, that can be used also on the terrace opened to the patio. The master bedroom has a King Size bed and en-suite bathroom, large closets and a large TV Set. The second bedroom has also a King Size bed, while the third bedroom has a Queen Size bed, one TV Set each, large closets, and they share the second bathroom. All furnishings and decorations are high quality and details oriented. Lots of windows and natural light when needed. All windows are equipped with ellegant sunshades or blackouts. . The bathrooms are large and comfortable and generally speaking the unit is equipped with all the amenities that will make you feel at home in this piece of hidden Paradise, including s Dolce Gusto coffee machine, so please bring your favourite coffee flavour capsules. The rooftop is absolutely amazing, being furnished and equipped with a bathroom and a barbeque, where you would only need to bring your preferred meat cuts and the needed coal or briquettes and enjoy a dinner al Fresco while admiring the lovely sea view. Also, the Rooftop and the swimming-pool area offer complimentary, fiber optic WiFi for our guest's comfort. One step outside the main gate, you will see the beach to your left, just one block away, so follow the sandy path to the sea. \*\*\*We are Pet friendly, but not for free, and there is a 30USD Pet Fee you must pay in cash to the security staff if you want to bring along your furry friend. Bed in master bedroom was very loud when sitting on it or moving around. Needs to get looked at. Also the screen door on the front of the unit is broken and constantly opens. Other tenants walk by the unit and slam the door shut. It happened all the time and was very annoying.
