Very central, 10 minutes’ walk to the bus station, close to all that Progreso has to offer, restaurants, shops and beach, but located in quiet alley where you will enjoy a restful stay. The house has 4 bedrooms and is recommended for 8 people, but up to 12 are allowed with an extra charge per person after the 8th. If you are a larger group, please send a request and we can discuss. All rooms have air conditioning and fans, the kitchen is fully furnished and equipped and there is WiFi and hot water throughout the house. Room 1 and 2 are provided with two matrimonial beds, air conditioning, ceiling fan, TV. The TV in room 2 is smart. Room 3 is provided with 1 matrimonial bed, air conditioning and ceiling fan. Room 4 is provided with 1 king size bed, air conditioning and ceiling fan, TV, private bathroom. There is a cute and functional living area and a dining area, the kitchen is fully furnished and equipped to prepare a scrumptious meal or just enjoy a lazy coffee.
