Casa Lucia Hotel is just as promised by the description, photos and prior reviews. Great walkable area, lots to see and do and the people that work in the hotel are very nice and helpful. There is construction on the streets nearby so if you have mobility challenges this may be a consideration until the city is done with the work. For us it was not a problem and our stay has been fantastic.

We loved our stay. Very clean, professional staff, And centrally located! There was road construction in front the hotel, so kinda dirty and loud. No fault of the management.

Lovely relaxing hideaway
Super helpful hotel staff and front desk. Spacious and tastefully appointed sleeping room. Good reliable internet service. Wonderful pool and courtyard space. All in all an excellent choice and just across the street from Santa Lucia Plaza with a half dozen terrific restaurants.

Absolutely gorgeous!!
This is one of the most gorgeous little boutique hotels I’ve stayed in. Absolutely loved the room, the garden view, the privacy, and the room layout.

Great boutique hotel in Centro Merida
This was a fantastic stay and the hotel accommodations definitely helped. The room was very clean and the shower was huge with some of the strongest water pressure I've ever had. Super great friendly staff that made sure all of our needs were met.

Location, location, location.
This hotel had a very cozy feel which I prefer over the large luxury hotels. When you leave your room to amble about for the day, you are a short distance from room to street. You have a lovely park lined with restaurants across the street. This historic downtown hotel gives you close access to affordable and fine dining.

Amazing stay
I've traveled plenty of times and so far this stay has been the most amazing place. The 1st time was Alex the front desk personnel. He was always there for anything we needed or had questions about tours and places to eat. The 2nd thing thats amazing and was truly amazed about the breakfast. I never had hotel breakfast that taste so delicious. The restaurant member were super nice and friendly. They were able to have our complimentary breakfast ready before they open and delivered to our room. The 3rd the hotel in general very clean, pool side very relaxing and we didnt heard noises. Its on a busy area but it was so peaceful. I highly recommend it and ill stay here again.

I’ve written reviews for this property before (always fantastic) and this one is no different. Carlos was absolutely fantastic. Especially since we needed his assistance for an early pick up (4am). Had our taxi booked the night before and had it confirmed by the time we got to the desk in the morning. He was always so pleasant to deal with. He always makes our stay enjoyable.

The property is well located with restaurants, shops and in the downtown area. The rooms are large and spacious but I had to ask twice for our room to be cleaned. The shower is awful with a trickle of water barely coming out. The swimming pool looked dirty. The staff member that checked us in when we arrived was great. He was the staff member doing the grave night shift.

The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The location is very convenient with walking distance and access to the city center. The hotel is small and cozy. The rooms comfortable and spacious. I stayed with my sister and my son in a double room. Merida is extremely hot, but that is not at the hotel fault. It has a nice small pool, where you can cool off the afternoon heat. The restaurant next door Soberana, had amazing breakfast. I would recommend anyone to stay here.

Great Location
This is are second time staying at this hotel. The only negative thing i would say is room 4 or any room with this shower / bath tub set up should not have guest over the age of 40. Dangerous set up for elderly people. The other rooms have be remodeled nicely with a great walk in shower.

Great stay at Hotel Casa Lucia. Walking distance from everyhting and the rooms were big and comfortable. Sunday morning the church bells are very loud (the church is 2 buidlings down) but i was already awake so it was not an issue. Overall would definitely recommend & stay here again !

Perfect place to visit Merida
Perfect location. Large & comfortable bedrooms with everything you need. The front desk is very helpful. Parking garage is also a plus and not very common in downtown. The perfect place to visit Merida.

Lovely property just across a park and restaurants. Walking distant to the Plaza. Alejandro Xool from reception went above and beyond helping us with excursions and making this a perfect vacation. Will definitely recommend.

Lovely hotel in heart of Merida
We had a wonderful time at Casa Lucia. The room was clean and spacious. The staff was courteous and helpful. The breakfast was delicious. We were right in the center of town.

Our room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Staff was friendly, helpful and very informative regarding the neighboring shops, restaurants, in the Centro. We are traveling to the beaches but will definitely keep returning to Casa Lucia during our visit in the Yucatán.

The rooms were spacious, had two windows each, overlooked the pool, and the setting back from the street (lobby and restaurant in front) guaranteed peace and quiet. We needed to be there to rest after a very intense week out looking at Maya ruins, and it was perfect.

Lovely Boutique Hotel
Lovely boutique hotel, great location, close to everything, very walkable, staff were fantastic & friendly. Breakfast was delicous, nice pool. Only downside for us was bed was super firm and aggravated our back issues.

Friendly, Clean, and Great Location
Super friendly and helpful staff. The room was in good condition and very clean (and it was HUGE). Staff helped me arrange transportation to and from airport and responded immediately to me as I kept them up-to-date on my delayed flight. Location is amazing, directly across from Parque de Santa Lucia and just blocks from the Plaza in one direction and Paseo de Montejo in the other. Only downside was the hot water took a very long time to heat up. Be patient, it does eventually get there! Overall a great property at a great price.

We’d definitely stay again!
The hotel lobby was very stylish. All staff were extremely polite and welcoming. Only complaints are pool could’ve used a little more cleaning and shower needed a towel bar. The location was perfect. Close to the grand plaza, shopping and restaurants.
