"At check-in we were first assigned a room that was occupied. We identified it quickly and got another room, but there was not much of an apology from the hotel staff. Room and hotel were clean and obviously updated, it the ceiling in our bathroom was chipped and cracked with plaster missing. Appeared to be damage from a prior water leak. Breakfast was mediocre, so we didn’t eat there after the first day. Would consider a stay in the future due to cleanliness and location of the hotel."

"The room was clean with ample room. Breakfast provided scrambled eggs and bacon which provided the protein I prefer. The only problem happened at checking in. My reservation wasn’t appearing. This was extremely frustrating because I had driven for 8 hours … arriving at 12:30 a.m. Needless to say, I was tired and frustrated. (I realize what had happen: originally I had booked for Thursday night, but the later added Wednesday night as well. Thursday reservation was there, but Wednesday was not. It took 10-15 minutes to find my reservation for both nights.). I had the email confirmation, but it took a while to find had hotel, thus a rating of 4 rather than a 5."
