Cozy Home was the perfect stay for our family visit to the RGV. My dad grew up in Mercedes and came back to visit family and take care of some business. The rental is just as described and in the pictures. What you can't see in all of that is Allie's attention to detail within the rental. There was a lovely snack basket and message on the counter when we arrived. There were tide pods and dryer sheets if we needed the washer/dryer. There were q-tips and cotton balls along with soap and shampoo in the bathrooms. There were coffee pods to get us started along with different sweeteners to use. My 80 year old parents managed the stairs just fine and loved the master bedroom. The place was spotless and comfortable. The highway is a little loud if you're outside, but the AC unit really masks most of the noise. Allie was super accommodating and great with her communication. We loved our stay and will definitely rent Cozy Home again when we visit the RGV again. ##### Sam F. We cooked a few times in the Beautiful kitchen- plenty of room for more than one person to be in there at a time- loved the open concept!! The only thing was the noise of the highway - Very loud which nobody can control that obviously. However she provided 2 fans to drown the noise so that was helpful. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone and we definitely plan to stay again should it be available next year. 5 star rating from myself and my family- THANK YOU ALLIE!! ##### Tina L.
