Very clean room, excellent staff always very helpful and friendly. Location brilliant for beach. Food was very good and a lot of options. Only slight negative was the kids pool wasn’t heated so water was cold but I believe this is normal for Menorca.

Great resort, beautiful beach. The hotel rooms are very well appointed and really clean. The views are the best you can get! The food is really good quality. My only feedback would be that the drinks as part of the all inclusive are a bit of a let down and the pool is quite small. Everything else is pretty much perfect!

Air con was not good for first few days, but spoke to Reception and was sorted straight away. Breakfast and lunch were good, but thought evening meal could have been better. Pool area and sunbeds were really good. Plenty of beds and you didn’t have to fight for a spot. Beach was lovely. Easy walk down, but walk back with a pram was hard going. All in all would definitely come back.

A beautiful position with wonderful views of the sea and across the island. A spotlessly clean hotel. I think it’s a few years since it had a refurbishment and some areas looked a little tired but well maintained on a day to day basis. Food is well presented. There is a good selection and it is fresh and tasty. Staff are very friendly in restaurant, bars and reception. Lovely clean pool and surrounding area. A couple of small cons.. rooms are very small and there is limited storage space. There are plenty of sunbeds but not always easy to find shade. All in all far more pros than cons and I would happily visit again

Very clean, lovely food, nice location near beaches and alose to the Camí de cavals trail. OK bus services to Fornells and Es Mercadal (for connection to Mahon or Ciutadella). Would go there again.

Lovely resort! We stayed with our young daughter in a room with a pull out couch and there was plenty of space. Room have a beautiful view and balcony with 2 chairs and table. There are 2 pools. One small adults only pool and one larger one for all. (As well as a small kiddie pool with a slide) All very clean and warm water. No trouble finding my a lounge chair. The resort is on a hill with about a 7 minute walk to the beach. It was not far at all but has a lot of stairs. There is no way to get a stroller down to the beach without caring it down about 100 stairs. The beach is gorgeous. 20 Euro to rent 2 chairs and an umbrella. Perfection. We had half board- recommend! This means we had breakfast and dinner included. It did not include drinks (alcoholic or not) or lunch. But drinks are reasonably priced at restaurants and the bars. There are about 5 different restaurants in walking distance from the resort and beach (but all involve the stairs). All of them we went to for lunch were wonderful! The food at the resort was good but not fancy. It was impressive how many people were able to served each meal. Everything was clean, fresh and refilled often. The staff worked so hard. Breakfast is the same daily but has a lot of variety (coffee and juice is included even with half board). Dinner has some standards each night but also each night has a themed station, we loved our stay and would recommend and return, (look into taking a boat trip from Fornells- highlight of our trip!)

Great location and great views! Beach within walking distance. Very good choice of food and drink on all-inclusive. Minor issue with wet room design- water does get everywhere but nothing a few more towels couldn’t fix. Would definately stay again.

Loved the couple of nights we spent at The Palladium. Wished we had booked longer. Staff on reception, restaurant, bar, games team and room service all so friendly. There was a great choice of food and drinks. Entertainment fun too. Loved the aqua class. Views from the hotel are like s picture postcard. Could not fault it.

Overall a wonderful experience. Lovely food, delightful staff. The hot tub was lovely. Small issues with the room resolved quickly. Fab location and views. Excellent choice of restaurants nearby. This hotel has amazing sea views and is a short walk down to the nearby beach with clear warm water. We managed to get sunbeds by the pool, although we visited in June, so not peak season. The hotel staff are approachable and helpful and speak excellent English. The room was clean and modern with a wonderful sea view. The service in the buffet restaurant was good, with waitresses clearing used plates quickly and being friendly to customers. The buffet food in the restaurant was varied with some themed evenings. However, the quality of food could have been better and with signage could be clearer. The pasta and broccoli were overcooked and the food sometimes tasted a bit bland. Otherwise, this is a good hotel for a short break with wonderful sea views.

Nice hotel, steep walk to beach.

Not usually a fan of staying in this kind of big hotel, preferring a smaller setup usually. But check-in felt warm and welcoming. Room was a great size, nice bathroom with double walk-in shower. The clincher for this trip was the hot-tub on the balcony which did not dissapoint. Hotel is nestled on the top of a hill, be prepared to have a lengthy and steep climb up from the beach. Pool area is big enough to have a niceAdults only area aeay from the main pool. Book a cabana for a nice touch. Food was generally good. Nice variety on offer across breakfast lunches and dinners. A shame some of the signage was not available on the local dishes as this could have been a nice way of explaining what things were. Mostly Spanish only speaking waiting team which led to a couple of awkward conversations. But not enough to put you off. Overall a great stay.

Mold in the room

Overall a nice hotel, food selection for AI is very good, wide selection and well cooked, probably the best AI I've had. Pool are has plenty of loungers but the pool are is a tad dated and needs updating. Bar staff at the pool are are friendly and fast. However I can not forgive the mold in my room at the air conditioning unit which works incredibly slow and hardly cools the room. This mad me ill and set of my breathing condition, hotel tried to tell me it wasn't making me ill but I remembered them I am a doctor. Staff was quick to clean the air conditioning unit. Was told the hotel does not offer fans to help. The hotel is also at top of a hill, nice views. We paid for a hot tub room which was nice but I feel some aid to get into out would be helpful. I was told the manager would deal with my situation on Monday, but have ignored my emails and also the ones from hotel.com so for this reason I can not recommend
