Nice place and nice staff. Had to pay for sending a jacket they had, without my knowledge, offloaded from the inside of the car, not trunk, and hanged it in a closet. Would have been nice for them to pay the transport but OK.

Bellissimo! Tutto davvero molto curato e bello. Personale molto disponibile e gentile. Anche i trattamenti della SPA davvero eccellenti. Ambienti ben studiati e molto panoramici con ampie vetrate con vista sulle montagne e sui giardini e cortili interni. Tranquillo e silenzioso. Colazione buonissima.

Masdimo comfort!

A fantastic hotel in pretty Merano.

If you are planning to visit Merano this is the place to stay. It is a family run hotel and nothing is too much trouble. All the staff are friendly and helpful. We first stayed there two years ago and it was great but since then it has had a major renovation and it is even better now. We were upgraded to a Garden Suite which had a fantastic view over the great pool area to the mountains. There is a good choice including cook to order egg dishes at breakfast and the included afternoon cake buffet is an added bonus. Since our last visit more English is spoken but we did wish we could understand the daily news letter as we felt we might be missing out on some interesting facts or activities. We’ll definitely return if in the area again, it is a fantastic hotel.
