Casa Lara in Menaggio, with pool and beautiful lake view!

  • 013145-LNI-00037. Relax with all your family or friends in this peaceful accommodation to feel "away from it all". Large outdoor areas with beautiful views of the lake to fully enjoy outdoor moments. Walks in the nature just a few steps from home. The lively center of Menaggio can be reached with a short drive or a walk of about 15 minutes (downhill, a little more uphill!). Garage for 2-3 cars, free Wi-Fi.
    The villa is disposed over 2 floors. Entering from the garage, you access the lower floor of the villa where there are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. One of the bathroom, with bathtub is en-suite. Upstairs there is the living area, the kitchen, the dining room and a 4th bedroom and another bathroom with shower. The double bedrooms downstairs have smart TVs.
    From all the villa beatiful views of the lake and the surrounding mountains.
    A wonderful outdoor space, on all sides of the villa, with marvelous lake view and well equipped with outside furniture and sunbeds. A BBQ is also there. Brand new swimming pool, from Summer 2024!
    The location of the villa makes it the ideal point to start to discover the whole lake area.

Our family enjoyed our stay at this beautiful property! The view and privacy are among the highlights. We made it up the narrow road with a 9-passenger van, but that is a consideration as the last leg of the drive is narrow, winding, uphill.

Casa Lara Menaggio

Pretty property in beautiful area. Needs either ceiling fans or commercial portable fans in each room, as there is no air conditioning and the villa can get quite hot.

Beautiful villa with stunning views

We LOVED our stay at the villa. The home is beautiful, with lovely modern finishes. The view is breathtaking, and we spent a fair amount of time on the deck overlooking the lake. The town center in about a 15 minute walk downhill, and it's a solid work out getting back up! But, the view is worth it once you make it back to the top. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Nice home with far off views of Lake Como

Home has a nice outdoor venue with distant views of Lake Como. Home is more designed for a family than 4 couples, as we had in our group. One of the bedrooms is a kids bedroom. You must have a car to get to any areas you want to see. A van is almost impossible to use on the nearby roads and when trying to enter the home’s garage. It can be a little warm in the summer even though they supply floor fans. Good kitchen and eating area. Host is very responsive.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und gut ausgerüstet. Die Aussicht vom Haus über den Comersee ist grossartig. Deborah und ihr Vater waren immer hur Stelle, wenn wir sie brauchten. Alles wunderbar, vielen Dank.

Wunderbare Villa mit traumhaften Ausblick

Alles war super sauber und komfortabel. Auch der organisatorische Kontakt war herrvorragend. Ein traumhaftes Haus, Fussballplatz in der Nähe, Menaggio Hafen zu Fuß sehr gut erreichbar. Würde sofort wieder hinfahren. Das beste sind die verschiedenen Terrassen mit Sitzmöglichkeiten und Blick auf den Lago und Bellagio.
