We got in late as we flew in from Seattle. I did not get a proactive message about how to access the property so as soon as we landed I sent a message requesting the information and it was sent promptly.
It was a little hard to find in the dark but it's right on the corner and looks exactly like the photos. No issues with street parking as it's a quiet neighborhood. It's just around the corner from the zoo and takes about 5-7 minutes to walk to the entrance. It is about 15 minutes from downtown though and in retrospect we went there several times in our 3 days so we should have stayed closer.
Inside, the floors and tables clearly hadn't been cleaned. There was a bit of back and forth with the property management but eventually they got the photos I took. They did refund the cleaning fee after our trip and offered a future 1-night stay but we won't be back. There is also a separate fee charged by the property management for using a credit card that is not anywhere that I could find on the listing so beware of that. It was about $15 on our 3-night stay.
We met one of the dogs and it was very friendly and loved being pet. Also, we didn't use it because we were too busy, but the outside area was peaceful and seemed like a nice place to relax.
