The host responded immediately to all inquires and was very helpful. The location was absolutely perfect for all the adventures we took, nba game, Graceland, river boat dinner, and a few nights of music on beale street. You can walk to beale street and the FedEx forum.Things to conside: the garage will not fit a full size 4 door short bed pickup due to the length. There is street parking but it is usually full during fedex forum events. Some of the accomodations are small for a large (football lineman) style individual. ##### Brooke S. Has everything you need and the space is excellent. Exactly as the pictures shown. Host was very responsive with a couple of hiccups during our stay- definitely nothing he could control. I would definitely stay here again! Don't overlook this property when staying in Memphis. Fed-Ex Forum right there and plenty of places to eat within a 5-minute drive. ##### Cathy T. We arrived to our VRBO with detailed instructions from Matthew. The place was clean, just as pictured and walking distance to Beale street, the Forum and The Peabody. Loved the rooftop seating area. We had beautiful weather so was nice to have that area to enjoy. Loved having a two car garage to park in. It is Memphis, so glad we could utilize a garage at nights. ##### Charlene R. There are many spacious & comfortable common areas, we especially loved the rooftop patio. All spaces were very clean & the home & neighborhood were quiet. The 3 bedrooms are on the same level, 1 bedroom has a private full bathroom, & the 2 other bedrooms are right next to another full bathroom. All beds and pillows were extremely comfortable! All bedrooms have ceiling fans & very dark with shades drawn. The A/C was stellar! Lastly, the host was VERY responsive & friendly.
