We booked an “accessible king” because that’s what was left on Expedias site. Got to the hotel and was told they don’t even offer that type of room and all the King rooms were sold. Not necessarily the hotels fault but nonetheless.

The property was clean and the staff was nice but the room was not clean how I expected a Holiday Inn to be. Very dusty in the corners if the bathroom, behind the beds, rust on the walls in some places. We also didn’t have any hand soap in our room.. one trash can; it was not worth what I paid to stay there at all!

They didn't appear prepared for the amount of guests they had. Ran out of some foods at breakfast. Staff was nice, though.

There was a very strong odour in the second floor hallway like sewage We had to keep our AC and fans on all the time It was better the next day but still there

It was Memphis and saw a gang related incident at gas station down the road toward Graceland when being driven to Marlowes to eat. 10 plus cop cars still there when we returned. Glad our car was in locked gate area

The staff at this hotel is excellent. Very friendly and helpful, especially Tara at the front desk. Room was clean and quiet. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Graceland which is very close to the property.

The staff was super friendly and helpful with tips to do in the area. I also liked the shuttle service to Graceland that was offered. Breakfast was good. The room needed to be vacuumed better. It appeared like it had not been vacuumed at all and right outside of our door, there were some crushed chips of some sort. Someone did come the next day and spotted it and vacuumed that up.

Hotel was excellent, even free rides to Graceland which saved more parking fees. Breakfast was plentiful and immaculately clean! Room was generously sized, parking was very secure with gate controlled by keycard.

The bathroom walls were very dirty, both our beds the bed skirts were ripped and hanging off the bed. We found someone else’s dirty clothes in the pullout couch and the shades in our room wouldn’t go up.

The property could use some TLC. The carpet in the hallways was threadbare. In our room the hand soap dispenser and toilet paper holder were broken, as was the window shade. The beds were clean and comfortable, though.

The hotel offered us what we needed, it was convenient to the location we were going to. It offered us safe parking; the rooms were clean, staff nice, and good options for the continental breakfast.

The pictures did not accurately represent this property. We walked in and left promptly to find another hotel after being on the road for 8 hours. The room had stains on the walls, the carpet, the door frames and orange stuff everywhere- the floor was visibly dirty, and there were max and cheese noodles on the floor. I am still waiting on the manager to call and refund our stay.

It was close to the attractions that I came to see. Everyone was friendly at the registration desk however there was one receptionist when we checked in that talked so fast when she was explaining about the hotel to the customers that we all stood there and made comments to one another such as "did you get that?" It seemed like it was all memorized and she wasn't talking to any one person just staired and talked so fast. The receptionist who was there during the day was very personable and friendly and helped with our transportation, etc.
