Relax at this peaceful beautiful home in Upper Point Cook. Conveniently located close to the heart of Point Cook with local shops and amazing restaurants nearby. Take a 10mins drive to the Werribee Mansion, Werribee Zoo and surrounding wineries. 20mins from the city and about 6 mins away from Werribee Mercy and St Vincent's Hospitals. The home is only a stone's throw away from the playground and sporting oval with a few other surrounding parks for kids both young and old to enjoy! The space This home is modern and cozy. It includes an open space living area with a comfortable lounge area where you can enjoy a smart tv; a dining table which is extendable for a roomy feel and a modern kitchen with a huge stainless steel gas stove, fully functional oven, microwave and dishwasher. The house has 3 bedrooms: Master bedroom - queen bed Bedroom 2 - queen bed Bedroom 3 - 1x king single and 1x single bed. There is also another living area which has a sofa bed that can be transformed into a double/queen bed and has a sliding door to completely seal it off for total privacy which therefore can be the fourth bedroom if required. The master bedroom includes an en suite with separate toilet. The other bedrooms have a shared bathroom space with a separate toilet. Master bedroom has a walk in wardrobe and other rooms have build ins wardrobes. Outside you'll find a lovely low maintenance garden with an outdoor lounge to soak up the sun or enjoy some outdoor time. Guest access As our guest, you will have access to the whole house. Other things to note There is also access to a portable cot bed. Please let us know if required and we can provide. The home's layout is fantastic, and it's impeccably tidy with all the necessary appliances for a comfortable stay. The beds were cozy, and the bathroom and showers were spotless. Abby, the property manager, was excellent in communication and even provided thoughtful gifts. Considering the quality of the accommodation, the cost is more than reasonable.
