there was no information about have breakfast in room or in the dinning room, no menu , broken remote TV control. No complementary breakfast biscuit, all for $130 at night very poor.

Excellent place to stay

Lovely setting in the city, felt like being in the country, staff were extremely friendly, the rooms were clean and comfortable and reasonably priced.

Quiet Hotel

We only stayed one night but we both had a good nights sleep. It was value for money and it was nice to have two rooms, sitting/kitchen room and bedroom. We arrive early and there was no problem getting in our room.

Outdated but clean

One night stay for an appointment in Cranbourne. Was just a bed really. Not much else I can say, was pretty old but clean. Area was a bit dark and scary. Wouldn't stay again if had to go to Cranbourne again..

There will not be a next time

The room was tidy and adequately appointed. There was no biscuits, no washing up things and no tea towel. I do not expect to have a room inspected or the veiled threat of charges to my credit card if they do not think the room is left in a fit state. The timber around the place is rotten and the balistrades are falling apart. I think I will be looking for another hotel next time. For $150 a night, I expect more.

Nice place to stay

A nice, quiet motel, out of the city of Cranbourne. There is a restaurant, though it is only a short drive back to the town. Rooms are spacious with a sitting room and separate bedroom. Bathroom is clean, though a little dated.

Don't stay here

On arrival I couldn't tell if reception person was asleep, reading a book or just ignoring me. Motel needs a very very good clean up in gardens, weeds everywhere, overgrown trees, very untidy. Outside looks very dull and rundown. Even though there was plenty of room the furniture, cigarette burns in couch, and carpet need to be replaced/updated. The floor would've been more comfortable than the bed. Most expensive motel I stayed in my trip ,of 9 motels. Was the worst!! Don't stay here!!!!

The Mahogany Inn is old and dull. The room has a musty smell it really needs to be refurbished I have stayed in better for the same price Wouldn't stay there again

Lovely hotel , friendly staff

Hotel staff were very friendly , informative about area and places of interest .... Room was cosy , comfortable ,couldn't hear traffic even though situated close to a main road .. Overall a great stay 😃

Check in was easy, friendly, and check out the same. The place is older style motel accommodation, but value for money. Nothing special, but also nothing expected, I would stay again if the need arose.

Dissappointed

The room was ordered as non smoking. However is wreaked of cigarettes. We assumed for $148 per night that we would get breakfast, or at least have facilities to provide our own. After some complaint we did get plates and knife fork and spoon. Sorry to be so negative. The position and room itself was quite satisfactory.

Phillip Island stop over

Room was comfortable and very clean. Restaurant served great meals and service. Duck risotto great. One hour to Phillip Island track for car races.
