The house is on a quiet street just 3 minutes from Downtown Melbourne which houses the Henegar Center for the Arts, the Melbourne Civic Theatre and a variety of shops, art galleries and restaurants. About 7 minutes from the closest beach access. Within walking distance to Tijuana Flats, Hamburger Mikes, Domino's Pizza and a CVS store. Also close driving distance from the Eau Gallie Arts district. The Eau Gallie Arts District offer the Foosaner Art Museum, the Rossetter Art Museum and a variety of shops, art galleries and restaurants. Other cool hangouts include Apocalypse Coffee Roasters for a chill night life and locally sources coffee along with great healthy breakfast/lunch options.
