We do charge a deep cleaning fee at the day of your check-in through the resolution center. It's a flat fee of $150\. Pets are NOT allowed on furnitures. The property was clean, as described, and made our extended weekend like home. our dogs loved the yard, and proximity to the beach. Location was great, in a very nice neighborhood. The hot tub an bicycles are great additions. We used the hot tub each evening after the days events. There were six adults for this visit, and we never felt like we were on top of each other.
